General Shipping Information

The delivery times provided by this Website are estimates only however, all special orders require a minimum of 4-6 weeks from manufacture to delivery. Courte Collection cannot be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.  

Any in-stock items that are purchased online are available for immediate delivery with 2-3 days handling time in addition to your estimated shipping window.

Shipping Australia and New Zealand

If you are located within Australia your gown will be sent via Australia Express Post which takes between 1-5 business days to arrive. Due to COVID delays and demands, New Zealand parcels can take up to 2 weeks. You will receive tracking information so you can track your precious package. We can provide quotes using DHL Express if faster service is required. Please e-mail collectioncourte@gmail.com for this request.

Please ensure you have entered your delivery address correctly. We endeavour to make sure the address is correct from our end. However, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the abandonment of your delivery. You will receive tracking information from us so you can track your precious package.​

Urgent/Rush Orders

We are able to accommodate rush orders, within the order process provided. This timeline cannot be fulfilled over special holidays including, but not limited to, Easter and Christmas. If you have any concerns around these, please get in touch at collectioncourte@gmail.com.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

Shipping within Australia: When shipping within Australia, all prices are in Australian dollars and currently does not attract Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shipping to the Rest of the World

Orders placed to be shipped to any other Country not listed above are priced in Australian Dollars and are delivered on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. As these orders are shipped DDU you may be charged duties and taxes by your local customs authority. Duties and taxes are calculated based on what item was ordered, the value and the destination of that order.

We are unable to estimate what these charges will be as they are levied by your local customs authority and vary from Country to Country. All charges must be paid by the customer to ensure your order is released by customs, failure to do so may cause your delivery to be abandoned. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the abandonment of your delivery.
